HOTPOT
This dish consists of a pot of broth cooking on the stove. The side dishes to put in the boiling hot pot are usually vegetables, mushrooms, meat (sliced meat or meatballs) or seafood. Also served with fresh vermicelli or noodles.
What is a hotpot, SGV Each country has its own way of varying ingredients, broths and sauces to suit their own taste to create their signature hotpot dishes. For example, Thailand has Thai hot pot, Vietnam has fish sauce hot pot, mushroom hot pot, and crab hot pot.
To create a hot pot, there are 3 parts: broth, ingredients for dipping and sauce for dipping.
When the broth boils, drop in the prepared ingredients and wait for it to cook. Then pour the broth and ingredients into a bowl of fresh vermicelli and enjoy. Dip ingredients into sauce bowl.
Hotpot dish is one of the most suitable dishes to eat in family gatherings and friends gathering. Because hot pot is a meal for people to sit together longer.

LIMIT 90 MUNITES OF DINING TIME.
For AYCE hotpot , EVERYONE in the party must also get AYCE , Guests in your party that have not partaken will still be
charged the per person price.
18% SERVICE charge will automatically be added to parties of 4 or more.
LEFTOVER SOUP AND FOOD from AYCE hot pot cannot be taken to-go and you will be charged for any leftover food more than 8oz
at regular price .Ask for sample size or smaller portions if you are unsure you can finish your food.
to help prevent food waste ,you are limited to 10 ITEMS PER ROUND.
CANNOT CHANGE OR SWiTCH your broth base after it is made .Please ask our servers for broth recommendations/descriptions
if you are unsure what to choose Broth refills will either be our basic beef bone base or boiled water for our vegan broths.
